By submitting artwork, logos, or custom content, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use that material.
Big Frog Custom T-Shirts and More South Edmonton is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork. The customer assumes all responsibility for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights related to submitted designs.

All Sales Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Color preference
Customer ordering errors
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at southedmonton@bigfrog.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
